PLAY WITH YOUR FOOD CAMPAIGN
HAUTE DOG has been working with Indooroopilly Shopping Centre for 3 years now in conjunction with their advertising agency to roll out retail campaigns for the centre. The Play With Your Food campaign creative direction was supplied by PublicisQ and a print and digital campaign was created for use both in-centre and online.

MINIWERX GARAGE
LOGO & BRANDING
HAUTE DOG was approached to produce a logo concept and design for a new and upcoming garage dedicated to those who live and breathe all things Mini Cooper (old and new!). The brief was to incorporate a retro look and feel into the branding to pay homage to the original Mini Cooper while also appealing to those who have found a love for the new and reinvented car.

AMICO DEVELOPMENTS
LOGO & BRANDING
Amico Developments approached HAUTE DOG to produce a new logo and branding for a new property development venture. As the company was conceived by two long-term friends, the name “Amico”, meaning “friend” in Italian, was chosen. To play on the friendship theme of the name, the C & O characters were stylised to represent a infinity symbol to signify the strength and unity of the friendship as well as the company’s property developments and offerings.

WESTFIELD CHATSWOOD
FOOD TRUCK FESTIVAL CAMPAIGN
Westfield Chatswood approached HAUTE DOG DESIGN Co with a brief to create a campaign to advertise a series of food truck events they would be holding over 4 consecutive weekends at the end of February through to March. The brief was to create a look and feel with a playful “Palm Springs” vibe to entice everyone from teens through to families to head to Westfield Chatswood to enjoy evenings filled with summer food, beverages and entertainment before the cool Autumn weather arrived to Sydney.

UP AND AWAY

HAUTE DOG was engaged to create a logo and subsequent branding for a freelance marketing strategist whose business would focus on events, parties and promotions. The brief was to incorporate balloons and a dachshund dog into the logo design to portray a fun and vibrant personality across the branding … a logo brief that was right up our alley!

EARLY BIRD & BREAKFAST MARKETS

Goodwill Projects approached HAUTE DOG DESIGN Co with a brief to create a logo and brand look and feel for a new weekly breakfast and farmer’s market focusing on delicious food, farm-direct produce, and unique crafts. To tie in with the naming and breakfast theme, an egg and chicken persona was developed and injected into the logo and brand’s direction so to differentiate and provide a unique look from your usual market fare, (i.e. less focus on good old fruit and veg).

MACARTHUR CENTRAL
FEELING PECKISH CAMPAIGN
HAUTE DOG DESIGN Co has been working in conjunction with the team at MacArthur Central Shopping Centre in Brisbane’s City for some time now to produce retail campaigns to meet the centre’s marketing needs. The “Feeling Peckish” campaign was developed to entice customers and passers-by to seek out the ample unique and interesting lunch offerings available in the foodcourt and throughout the centre. High end food shots were taken by a Brisbane based photographer and a campaign logo lock-up and look and feel was created to compliment the imagery and create a suite of marketing materials that could be used in-centre for a lengthy period of time.

LE JARDIN APARTMENTS
LOGO & BRANDING
Developers, Price & Partners briefed HAUTE DOG to create a logo and marketing collateral for their latest apartment building project. As the name of the development was “Le Jardin”, French for “the garden”, a subtle and modern twist on French Gothic was incorporated into the logo design to create a brand direction that’s contemporary and a little bit “chic”.

DEVOTED 2 DACHSHUNDS
LOGO & BRANDING
Devoted 2 Dachshunds is a rescue organisation dedicated to rehoming and saving dachshunds in need across Queensland and beyond. HAUTE DOG DESIGN Co was asked to kindly create a logo and subsequent branding direction using a sweet dachshund illustration another supporter had created for the organisation. This logo design is the product of two supporters coming together to create a brand for an important cause.

Lost Treasures is a local Brisbane based business (with a BIG following!) focused on metal detection and precious item recovery services. HAUTE DOG was approached with the task of re-imagining the Lost Treasures brand and injecting a new look and feel into its marketing collateral. The result is a brand direction that’s fresh, modern and fun, and stands out against its competitors!

Optus Business Centre Brisbane South approached HAUTE DOG DESIGN Co with a brief to create a new brand that allowed the Optus Business Centre business its affiliate, VPD, to come together as one overarching group under the banner, ONEHUB BUSINESS. The desired logo and branding direction was to take inspiration from the established and well known Optus and Optus Business Centre branding (i.e. colours and typefaces) while positioning ONEHUB as a brand that could stand alone if and when required. The result is a brand that’s strong and corporate that sits well alongside its parent company.

THE WEST END MARKETS

Goodwill Projects asked HAUTE DOG to conceptually re-imagine the logo and brand direction for one of Brisbane’s most loved and iconic markets – The Davies Park Markets at West End. The naming of the market was re-positioned and a logo and brand vision was developed to pay homage to West End’s vibrant culture and community, both past and present.

THE MYER CENTRE
GET YOUR LUNCH MONEY BACK CAMPAIGN
The Myer Centre approached HAUTE DOG DESIGN Co with a brief to develop a look and feel for their “Get Your Lunch Money Back” campaign. The campaign was heavily promoted throughout Brisbane’s Queen Street Mall and surrounding areas with promo staff handing out “Chatterboxes” to passers by as a fun gimmick that opened up to offer various vouchers and exclusive offers. In-centre and outdoor advertising was also created along with social media promotional advertising graphics.

DACHSHUND IVDD SUPPORT AUSTRALIA

Dachshund IVDD Australia (DISA) is an Australia wide non-partisan educational and support organisation, dedicated to the health, welfare and integrity of dachshunds and offers support to owners and dogs with back problems. HAUTE DOG DESIGN Co has been involved with assisting DISA with their branding and advertising needs from the outset. A wealth of print and online marketing and advertising needs has been created for the much needed and loved organisation with the brand’s engagement and following within the extensive dachshund community (both Australia and worldwide), increasing daily.

BENSON PARTNERS
LOGO & BRANDING
Benson Partners Chartered Accountants approached HAUTE DOG with the task to re-invigorate and re-invent their branding for the first time in 15 years. A clean and corporate approach was taken with the new identity, with freshness and vibrancy added to the mix thanks to a fun and fresh colour palette featuring yellow, mint, sky blue and coral along with a complementing slate grey. The new branding has re-positioned Benson Partners and given its marketing collateral a much needed boost and overhaul!

EASTER MAZE CAMPAIGN & ACTIVATION
Westfield Carindale approached HAUTE DOG DESIGN Co with a brief to create a campaign to advertise their Easter Maze activation for young children to enjoy during the Easter school holidays. The brief was to create a look and feel that was Easter themed, fun and playful, to entice children and their parents to enter the maze and take part in all the Easter activities waiting to be discovered.

SUGARVENOM

HAUTE DOG DESIGN Co was engaged to create a logo and brand identity for a new and upcoming vegan, mineral free & cruelty free cosmetics brand called SugarVenom. The brief was to develop a logo and branding (including packaging) that was grungy and urban but also … “a little bit sweet”.

SecondStar briefed HAUTE DOG on creating a brand for a new Bookkeeping and Finance service dedicated in assisting small and sole business operators with their accounts. As the name “SecondStar” was derived from a Peter Pan saying, “Second star to the right and straight on ’til morning!”, a more carefree and whimsical approach was taken when creating this brand (over the usual “corporate” look and feel most accountancy firms take). Marketing and sales collateral was developed to appear laid back, conversational and informal so to allow small & sole business operators to feel at ease when seeking out assistance with their accounts and finance.

URBAN DOG TRAINING
LOGO DESIGN & BRANDING
Urban Dog Training briefed HAUTE DOG DESIGN Co with the task of giving their existing branding an overhaul and update. The new logo design took the original logo’s paw print device and reinvented it into a dog tag to become more relevant to the target market. The brand’s well known bright magenta pink was retained, with the colour palette being extended to allow Urban to differentiate its 7 different channels of business quickly and easily to its wide customer base. Photographs and imagery of Urban Dog Training’s clientele (its dogs!) feature heavily throughout the branding and in a manner that showcases that Urban’s dogs really do get a “treat” when they or their owners attend a course or class!

BROWN FOX COMMUNICATION

This logo was designed for a freelance PR and communications manager. The brief was to create a simple brand mark that somehow incorporated a symbol or feature that was typical of a fox (the business owner’s last name) – the “x” of “fox” was tweaked and developed to have the likeness of a fox’s tail.

Alexander Property Group came to HAUTE DOG DESIGN Co seeking assistance with finalising their logo design and producing a brand identity to match. The existing logo mark idea was taken and reworked to produce a logo and brand look and feel that was minimalist and corporate – just what the client envisaged!

EAT WELL FOOD GUIDE & CAMPAIGN
Westfield Carindale provided HAUTE DOG with a brief to design and produce a magazine to promote the array of food and dining offerings available in-centre. A 32 page glossy, “Eat Well” Food Guide was conceptually designed and created, complete with reviews, recipes and interviews + a pull out that allowed customers to present vouchers to retailers to claim special, limited-time offers. To promote the Food Guide, an online campaign featuring heavily on Urban List and social media was developed, with further advertising trickling down in-centre to encourage customers to pick up a copy of the guide.

ONEHUB BUSINESS briefed HAUTE DOG DESIGN Co on creating a logo concept for a pre-paid mobile service designed specifically for use internationally.

Westfield Chermside approached HAUTE DOG with a brief to create a campaign to promote a craft brews and food truck event being held at the centre over a handful of consecutive Friday evenings during the summer months. The desired look and feel was to have a laid back, “hipster” vibe and capture the essence of Friday afternoon drinks with friends in an outdoor summer setting.

COUTURE ACADEMY COMPETITION CAMPAIGN & ACTIVATION
HAUTE DOG DESIGN Co was briefed by Westfield Chermside to design and produce a campaign to promote their annual Couture Academy competition. The competition saw 7 QUT fashion students spend 6 weeks developing a one-off couture outfit in-conjunction with a Westfield retailer to present on the catwalk at Westfield’s Spring/Summer fashion launch event. An in-centre campaign and activation was produced and installed to showcase the competitor’s designs and hard work, and invitations and teasers were sent out to fashion influencers and the media to drum up excitement for the catwalk reveal of the finished outfits at the fashion launch where the overall winner would be crowned.

PARC VUE EAST

Developers, Price & Partners briefed HAUTE DOG DESIGN Co on creating a logo and marketing collateral for a new apartment complex. As the complex was to be situated adjacent to an established park and inner-city green space, the logo and accompanying brand look and feel featured an organic script typeface with leafy flourishes and green tones to capture the essence of the type of lifestyle residents at Parc Vue East would enjoy.

ClarkeKann Lawyers approached HAUTE DOG with the desire to create an informative and corporate brochure to promote the Agribusiness arm of their law firm. The brief was to create a document that approached those within the farming industry in a relaxed yet professional manner to showcase ClarkeKann’s extensive experience in rural transactions relating to acquisitions and sales, financing, FIRB applications, licensing and leasing, water rights and partnership agreements.
